tis mornin i came at 9am actually i could slp for another hr b4 comin but bcoz of e stupid $6 n bcoz i wake up early 2dae so i might as well come early.. never did i expect when i came, customers alr startin to complain.. i noe tat if e coach is late den it shud be our fault but we were alr tryin our veli best to c if we can get any other coach.. so tis is best we can do ask them to take a 40-seater bus to m'sia custom den transfer to e coach dey suppose to take.. dey still not contented wif it lor but wat can we do tis is e best liao lor.. alr tis 1 part of e story.. e other part is even e transfer coach is late n tis is e most interestin part customers by now were all pissed off n irritated.. so there a few customer who keep sayin tat we dun haf e bus la den wat type of company is tis la with no supervisor(pls la supervisor where got come so early de) so mi n mi colleague can say nothin so we juz seat ard n relax n here a young female cust say we didnt try our best to help them n we 'bochep' them.. pls lor wat u expect us to do do some magic so e bus will appear ar?? siao la.. den got another cust say ' i oso follow SCHOOL bus de leh, nothin like tis happen b4 lor..' as u say is SCHOOL bus do u tink there will be SUPER SUPER PEAK SEASON for school daes, goin to e same destination n returnin from e same place?? madness..oh there's another cust.. tis even more power.. he juz came in den @#%@!$%$^*$%@# scold a whole lot of vulgar which i dun tink i shud say out.. -_-" so idiotic u shud haf seen his facial expression la.. haha.. n tis bout it for mornin..

for afternoon coz tis few daes m'sia flood at a few place, tis mornin got 4 coach(1day tour) went n dey are stuck so wat i heard is oni 3buses return back coz e road collapse as for e other i haf no idea where it is la.. haiz.. so all cust came back to complain lor.. haiz.. 2nite im sure there will be more complain de.. so juz let mi haf some peace now.. hee..
