bad mood, SQS part 3

since last week, check-in all went quite well TILL today.. maybe all my good luck was used up le then today have two stupid customer came and make a big fuss until i have to raise my voice, dont blame me k, i really not in a very nice mood lah.. but those two customers really irritating and keep blaming on us.. so this make me feel like continue my SQS part 3..

this two will be the incident happen this morning:
1. A group of five taking 7am coach to genting, at 6.58am i called them--
me: miss are you reaching?
auntie: no taxi leh, now then get one.
me: where are you now?
auntie: at angmokio.
me: how long more to reach?
auntie: 10-15mins lah, wait for us can?
me: our bus only can wait 5mins if you late more then that our bus wont wait.
and guess what?? she hang up my call when i havent even finish what i want to say.
At 7.05am ask man to call..
man: where are you?
auntie i on my way le reaching soon. wait for us dont go.
man: auntie already 5mins le.
auntie: wait lah.
man: our bus cant wait so long de. bus suppose to leave at 7am
auntie: the girl tell me come at 7am de(well is pass 7am le where are you lor)
man: is come 6.30am not 7am. anyway we wait for you another 5mins if you still not here bus will go..
and then she hang up the second time without letting us finish what we want to say..
7.12am bus leave.
7.18am she came finally.
me: bus leave already
auntie: i ask you all to wait liao how can go like that then what to do now
me: auntie is already 7.18am liao bus wont wait so long
man: you have to buy another ticket up
auntie: i ask and beg you all to wait liao... blablablabla.. i go custom there take the bus
man: i call driver lor(auntie continue raising her voice scolding us, i shout at her too saying we trying to help and yet you shout at us. auntie dont dare shout liao but continue blablablabla)
man: cannot contact driver
auntie: give me coach no. i go take from custom
man: if we give now, bus didnt wait that your biz liao.. explain explain explain
auntie: i go take at custom.. waste my money if you let bus go then tell me i go custom directly, dont have to waste so much money lor(if so stingy dont go holi and dont late)
me: if dont come here how you take hotel voucher and stuff?

2. 8am coach to kl--
this time a guy: hey i want to complain. what type of bus is that? i upgrade my coach already why still got so many people and no air-con?
me: err.. your bus is 18- seater with individual LCD screen, is a good type of bus.
uncle: no lah so lousy de where got good, no massage somemore.
me: uncle massage de only go genting not kl and is top up different price is more expensive then this bus ok?
uncle: still got bus worst then this de ar? this bus really cannot seat.
me: ok nevermind write complain form.
man help me write though
uncle: this bus so lousy that means your 26-seater bus worst lor, still got people want to take a such a lousy bus... (finally go off liao)

so that's it for SQS today since this two incident is sooo long.. making my me a down liao.. whatever lah.. nevermind at least im free at the moment le.. lalalalala
